Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a pre-paid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser or email.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original NEST New York shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all fragile glass components are well-protected.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
